All persons booked with a travel agent or tour operator as a package (package being defined as booking two or more elements of your trip) will automatically be covered under the "Package Travel, Package Holidays Regulation Act 1992".

All persons that have booked a trip independently of a travel agent or tour operator must include the trip option "Independent Travellers Cover" to be covered.
